Charity
Ever since primary School Charity was started for the likes of Barnados, £10. This continued for a Church of England School, £8 and also a Catholic school, £10, by ways of fun runs.
As the years past by donating stopped until requested for donations from street people, £1 and this was said to be wrong, as begging is illegal.
In the end charities approached for money and we list as many as can be remembered or still in touch.
