Could say if there is a spark and electricity is used then the likes of knowing will be made straight to location. Money is similar or currency, gold, diamonds and more are all part of a system that some one will be responsible like drugs and the dealer.

People being disabled have to be protected there are all forms of security. Such as 24 hour control centers, authentication and autonomy upto 7 levels before now 15.  A scam no longer goes un-noticed and con people are being made aware of, for the mule in a scam with a law change now is punished.
